I’m looking for plus size tennis dresses and skirt. I don’t like adintennis.
Thanks!
Hi Missy, My suggestion would be to take inspiration from Serena Williams and create your own tennis apparel. Just keep in mind that you’re apparel should be multi-purpose. It should look good. Be functional on the court so it doesn’t interfere or bind up during the athletic moves you’ll be making while playing and it must be comfortable so it’ll keep you cool by absorbing and wicking away sweat. So go to Wal-Mart, and Sporting Goods Stores that sell shorts, skirts and tops and mix and match until you’ve put together something you like and will be unique just for yourself. Not to mention all the money you’ll save not buying name brand outfits. Oh, please don’t take this the wrong way but don’t forget your sports bra. Especially if you’re a plus size gal. I’m not kidding. I’m a man and I appreciate looking at women as much as the next guy but nothing is more annoying and distracting than playing a set of mixed doubles with a woman that can’t stop digging and pulling at the top of an outfit that won’t stay in place and keep her covered. So, go out and have fun putting your outfit together.
